As a sophisticated agent you understand the “big” picture when working with clients. You understand the market, financing options, as well as complex transactions (i.e.: reo’s and short sales).

A marketing wise agent has an understanding of basic advertising principals. Gets the importance of having a good plan in place and makes sure personal and business goals are in line with each other. This agent absolutely loves our co-op marketing program. (yes, we actually help pay for your marketing ….agents are amazed!)

My favorite agent is action oriented. I love the agent that can develop a business plan with me and then put it into action. This agent creates their own opportunities and is always moving forward.

A resourceful agent does not always have the biggest budget, so they always out work and outsmart everyone else. Often times using guerrilla marketing will get better results than the big spenders.

Technology, Smart Click agents utilize innovative technology that brings tangible results. We are not one of those companies that just use technology for the sake of it.
